Nurture with Melissa does not claim any ownership rights in your materials. Internal tracking of client information is used to track client results and for general anonymous marking.

Please note that the staff at Nurture with Melissa are mandated reporters who are required by law to report any known or suspected instances of child abuse or neglect to Child Protective Services or local law enforcement services. Other members may also be mandated reporters by virtue of their profession or occupation. Additionally, at least 15 states require all persons to report suspected child abuse or neglect, regardless of profession, and the remaining states permit any person to report.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to its conflict of laws. The nearest state and federal court to Rochester, NY shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from or relating to this website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy or these Terms. By using this website, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and consent irrevocably to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any defense of forum non conveniens.
